Miss Candice

About Me

Whether it's guitar-laden rock, blues with a dash of hip-hop, or raise your hands, stomp your feet, "can I get an Amen" gospel; Miss Candice's style reflects what best suits her mood. That mood varies greatly having been exposed to MTV, her parents' record collection, commercial radio, and numerous live concerts with her slacker friends. All of this eventually led her to study the history of the music she so loved. It wasn't long before she was reading about and listening to the pioneers of R&B, blues, jazz, and gospel. "It was a wonderful time of discovery for me," says Miss Candice.

Hailing from the rock-n-roll capital, Cleveland, provided the perfect stomping ground for Miss Candice to hone her entertaining prowess. Ultimately she made the move to Music City (a.k.a. Nashville) where she seemingly fits right in. When Miss Candice takes the stage people take notice. Her blow-your-hair-back-big-mama vocals and animated expressions leave an indelible mark on your soul.
