Growing up in Newcastle NSW and attending Newcastle High School with Australian rock legends Silverchair, Ash has travelled all over Australia - investing seven years in the nation's capital Canberra ACT and now resides in Melbourne.
As an integral member of the Canberran music scene, Ash has been a live engineer, tour engineer, promoter, stage manager, barista, barman, web guru + a musician.
After a hugely successful 18 months performing, touring and engineering with The Andi & George Band (now defunkt) - playing at Woodford Folk Festival, Folk Rhythm & Life Festival, The Dreaming Festival and most notably Womadelaide, Ash is now laying foundations in Melbourne VIC establishing a client base within the music scene.
As a jack of all trades, Ash has been working with Nicky Bomba (John Butler Trio, Bomba), Mista Savona, Mechanical Pterodactyls, Jelly Tub Rollers, Barons of Tang, Rapskallion, Hugo + Treats, Kafka (QLD), Kooii (QLD), A French Butler Called Smith (QLD) and The Stride Auspicious; has been working at venues Bar Open, The Empress, Edinborough Castle, Thornbury Theatre, The Arthouse; and has been booked to mix some sets at Island Vibe Festival (QLD) at the end of October. He is quickly building his reputation as an excellent engineer, networker, web guru and all round good guy.
His fees are negotiable - ranging from $20+ per set (band) and $80+ for a night.
