Chris Court was born on June 26, 1984 in Oak Lawn's Christ Hospital. During his years of aging he has been through a lot of relationships and drama. (Who Hasn't). He got a guitar when he was about 16, it was a nice guitar but he had no idea how to use it. So he played and played on it. A girl he really liked broke his heart and Chris used that to his advantage to make a song called "Black Monday". Chris thought it was rubbish so he threw it away. During the course of the years he made up songs that were all about realtionships that go bad and relationships that go good. It was only til 2000 Chris found a band and was later introduced as JoE's MoM. He wrote the lyrics only except for two songs, lyrics and music. JoE's MoM broke up in 2002 and a band called Beefstorm was brought up, they played one show which was mostly all covers and a couple of Chris's originals. They broke up weeks after that. It was then Chris was getting aggravated and wanted to make music. He used a program called Cool Edit Pro and that's what took off. Chris made up tons of songs. He uses every broken heart, evey drama, ever single bad things that has gone wrong to him into the song and puts emotion in them. He writes about love, broken hearts, and some crazy thoughts that noone will ever admit to thinking. Chris Court is now in a band called Basement (www.myspace.com/basementsluts) but Chris is still carrying on with his solo work. Enjoy!
