In a world of followers,posers,dictators etc... I try to set myself apart from everything that is not real, everything that is not felt from the heart, i am who i am and i show it threw every single song i write. Every instrumental i make represents every inch of me. I'm not here to criticise other artistes or society in general, i'm just here to show that i'm different, i'm something else, a breath of fresh air. I don't write because i think it's a profitable business, not for my popularity status, not because it's what every body else tells me to do, but because it's what i love doing, my passion, my hobbie, basicly my life. Nowadays, ignorance is one of the biggest aspect of this world and allot of people bite into that so what i'm trying to do is give those people a wake up call(if its possible!). Music shouldn't be about what u wear, what u drive or even how much money u got, The hip hop industry is getting destroid by Greed. What happened to following the true art of writting lyrics and just spilling ur heart out on a microphone, confessing parts of ur life in ur own hip hop diary. I'm here to make a statement that all that is comming back! I garantee it! Not just with me''Poetik'' but with a couple of other artist's that iv'e heard over the years in shows,mixtapes and myspace. Montreal is filled with Ridiculous talent so give it a few years cuz Hip hop is comming back. trust me! No more of that lolipop fake bullshit playing over the airwaves that WE ALLL HEAR annoying our eardrums!! My goal is to have the world hear what i've got to say and trust me the sky is the limit which means there is no limit....It's time to put all ur pride aside and just sit back and listen. You got one life to live so why follow what other people tell u to do? Do what u want in life, pursue ur dreams, anything can happen if u got ambition and determination. Look at reality with a positive aspect and just always be strong. To get back up u need to fall sometimes. And That's What's Real!
