scannerFM es la radio alternativa de Barcelona, emite a traves de internet, movil y FM (100.5 de BCN) y su programacion esta basada en la musica que no suena en la radio (pop independiente, hip hop underground, electronica, post punk, brasil, flamenco) y en la cultura urbana (cine, street-art, moda, comics, videojuegos), resumidos en la agenda sonora trilingue scannerBCN (catalan, castellano, ingles en www.bcn.cat/scannerbcn ). En 2004 se puso en marcha scannerFM , al año siguiente se convirtio en la primera radio online ganadora de un Premio Ondas por la cobertura del Primavera Sound con walkie talkies, un portatil, microfonos y un adsl. En 2006 durante el sonar, scannerFM fue la primera radio en llegar a los telefonos moviles via internet. En 2007, la radio de los festivales que trabaja desde la terraza del Gothic Point, acaba de estrenar scannerTV que se suma a sus tres canales de 24hs y a sus mas de 40 programas dirigidos por selectores lideres de opinion de la escena independiente que desde BCN emite para todo el mundo a traves de scannerFM.com .
<> In May 2005, scannerFM steps into the first Estrella Damm Primavera Sound at the Fòrum site to broadcast, as if it were a sports carrousel, everything that happens on the festival. In October, this news and live coverage turns this Barcelona alternative radio station in the first online station to be awarded with an Ondas prize.
In 2006, scannerFM broadcasts again Primavera Sound, Sónar and debuts in Benicà ssim, has already over 30 programmes that range from "Bonnie & Clyde"'s pop to post-punk by "Skinky", featuring experimental electronic music by the likes of "loop-a" or "versus electronics" or even other grooves do Brasil de "Futebol Clube!" Over 50 true music fans build up the scannerFM team including Spanish music experts like DJ2D2, Fibla, Joako Ezpeleta, Eva Villazala, Bruno Sokolowicz, Marta Salicrú, Hazcaso, David Puente, Natalia Brovedanni, Carles Novellas, Pablo Maffi, Neska Politablanca, Half Nelson... Yes, they amongst many others are part of the Scanner crew.
In the meantime, scannerFM is opening its second channel, filled up with electronic beats and downtempo, without breaks, sponsored by Estrella Damm, its called Scanner Lounge.
