I'm interested in stuff I find interesting. This would generally include Everton, music (not just Hip-Hop as I am quite eclectic in my tastes - little jab at the haters), playing football (although it must be noted that I don't tend to play it particularly well, or with the correct attitude) and (sadly) web design.
I'd like to meet Jay-Z because he's tremendous...and also to ask him how he can sleep of a night when 3 drinks in the 40/40 Club cost me $40?!
I'd like to meet Noel Gallagher and ask him if "What's the Story..." really was meant to be his solo album.
I'd like to see Mongy Dave again (but just from a distance) and photograph him to show all the doubters and dis-believers the man in the flesh.
Finally I'd like to meet Mick Hucknell and ask him how somebody with red hair (no offence to my auburn brothers and sisters) and what can only be described as a car-crash face has been one of the most prolific swordsmen of the last decade.
I'm a big fan of Hip-Hop, in particular Jay-Z, Nas, Game etc. I also like a few lesser knows acts such as Talib Kweli, J Dilla, Lil Wayne. I can hear the laughter from here. It's unjustified.
I also have always been quite a fan of Oasis (predictable) and The Stereophonics. I don't like jumping on bandwagons so I'm not going to name any of the new bands. My lack of respect for bandwagon-riders as I like to call them is also the reason that I don't drink Magners. Although that is not an appropriate comment for my music section.
I also like some of the cackest music created in the last 25 years, and am particularly fond of an American crooner who used to have a haircut like a burst couch! I can't comment on the identity of this international phenomenon, but the Prague gentlemen know only too well to whom I am referring to!
Shawshank Redemption
40 Year Old Virgin (funniest film ever)
Borat (did he really call him a Chocolate Face? Tremendous)
Iron Maidens (nice one CJ)
MTV Base and Sky Sports get frequent work-outs...
I went through my little Dan Brown phase which then spawned into a little bit of a gangster book phase but since then I ain't been readin no books fool.
George Bush is an inspiration to me. If a man of such limited intelligence can get as far as he has, then I must be sorted?!
Duncan Ferguson is also a hero of mine. This hero status was earned by smashing that burglars face in, not through on-the-field exploits.
