Hey musicians, etc. First of all, welcome to only a minor part of the local music scene! Green Bay Rock Crew is an established organization that has finally joined the twenty-first century, moved on a generation and come to be run via MySpace. Green Bay Rock Crew (abbreviated to GB rock crew or GBRC) sets out to basically promote bands & shows, with no discrimination to any sort of music. There is also not a restriction to bands and their locations, especially when they play shows near the area. Most recently, GBRC has been able to tag on to some shows and help set them up and is open to doing more in the near future. Also, local bands shows get posted up here, and if you don't see yours or you see something wrong, let me know!
GBRC is mainly run by Elise, though I do receive help from various people. We try to get out to as many shows as possible, especially Green Bay shows. If you really want us out there, make sure to hit us up! We really appreciate the positive conversations we have with bands & band members at shows; it's good to know we're liked and of course appreciated to some extent. Most definitely, free stuff is always welcome too; ha, a little humor, take it easy.
Note: I'll make sure to keep updates going for you all as long as you help and keep me updated as well!
GBRC has been through some serious changes, even since the MySpace page began; both for good and bad. I have to personally thank all of the bands and various people who have helped this stay alive and put up with any crap I've dealt. The list is too long and extended (random too), but you all know who you are. I appreciate you all more than you can imagine.
