Anything new or fun is ok, and fun isn't even a requirement, as long as it's something to do. Particular things i like are: going for runs around the city, doing stupid things to the point that everyone just acknowledges me as being wierd (which is OK), and I lOVE going out to dinner, i heart it very much.
...A sugar mamma, just joking...maybe. I would like to meet anyone who can get my foot in that "door" at a news station. If you are looking to hire me and see this, I was really just joking about the sugar mamma thing.
While I was gone my dad fixed my radio, so I have sound again. I've never appreciated music like I do at this point, it's like the honeymoon period. I just got the Killers new CD and it is pretty impressive. As far as bands go I enjoy Brand New, and hope that their CD will be like fine wine, worth the wait. I also like, Alkaline Trio, Beatie Boys, Creedance Clearwater, Dangermouse with Ceelo, Eddie Money, Franz Ferdinand, Guns and Roses, Hall and Oats, Incubus, Journey, Kenny Chesney, Lynard Skynard, Matchbook Romance, Nada Surf, Outkast, Phil Collins, Queens of the Stone Age, Rod Stewart, Story of the year, Thrice, Unwritten Law, Van Halen, Weezer, Xhibit, Ying Yang Twins, ZZ Top. All music is fine with me, especially 80's music. When at a Jukebox please follow these directions: Put substantial amount of money in, Pick these songs: Desperado by the eagles, anything by creedance clearwater, piece of mind by boston, anything by journey. You cannot love music without hearing me do my rendition of Desperado at Karaoke night.
Star Wars definitely doesn't get enough recognition from people. It definitely trumps all. I like going to those movies that make you think, the kind that confuses a lot of people (like the Royal Tenembaums).
So you graduate and they take away your TV show, who would've thought that the business is that cut throat. I want to fill this in soon, hopefully it will say that I'm on KBST news somewhere in another state and doing a great job. It will happen, and then this will change but I'll leave up a note saying I told you so.
Recent books that I've read: The DaVinci Code, Angels and Demons, Life of Pi, The Kite Runner, Phantom of the Opera, Now I Can Die In peace by bill simmons. If you haven't read that book then you need to pick it up, especially if you enjoy both sports and 90's entertainment. I'm reading "The World is Flat" by Thomas Friedman, brilliant economist. Unfortunately, being a great economist doesn't mean your book goes by fast. Please give me a good recommendation as to what book I should pick up next.
