About Me

ummm.... I'm a very open person, who will try anything at least once. Music plays a big role in my life, and I can play several instruments to some degree. My favorite is the guitar.
My other love is powerlifting. It is a sport where success or failure rests in your hands, and your hands only...a battle that is won or lost with you and noone else. I love the thought of pushing my body farther than it has ever been pushed. It is something that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
I graduated from the University of Memphis in December 2007, with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance, and a concentration in Exercise and Sport Science. I recently acquired my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), and hope to begin training athletes soon. I am unsure where the future will take me, but I am anxious to find out. I will probably return to school soon to complete my Masters or PhD.
