On Dec. 28 Mike was arrested and charged with assault, assault with a weapon and disorderly conduct. The case has been moved to another town and combined with an unrelated weapons offense charge recieved less than a year ago. In order for him to recieve proper legal representation the bill has topped $6,000 already and only $2,000 can be paid at this time. Mike cannot keep his representation for his April court date unless the remainder of that is met by the week prior to court. Without any legal representation Mike faces 3 - 5 years. With the help of his attorney he can possibly downgrade his sentence to 6 months - 1 year. Come out for a great show and a good cause I'll fight for my brothers, i'll die for my family. Don't preach about peace, cause it just seems like fear to me
