The Los Angeles based Industrial Abstract band, 'In Væin' has endured silently these past years. Since 1996, At0m and Jake Strænge have worked together as a creative team. Through several bands and projects At0m and Jake maintained a strong writing relationship, even as the others broke away. In the summer of 1999 after many attempts at having their music recorded through outside means, the Strænge brothers established a small project studio in Burbank California.
In Væin was finally born.
Since the beginning over 120 original songs have been written, every one of them being self-released, these songs remain largely underground, circulating slowly in the bloodstream of the Gothic/Industrial scene.
The Strænge Brothers continue to develop their creative skills in school and in the studio. Now the time draws near for the unveiling of "the City of Smoke".
