Former lead guitar in Boston's the Voodoo Dolls , circa 1988 - 1994. Here's a link to Blair's excellent podcast of a prime Voodoo Dolls live set at Maxwell's in January 1992. I think that was the night John Petros hip-checked our waiter: "Chicka-boom, baby."
