About Me

My name is Chris and I’m currently in Iraq. I am taking each day one day at a time and trying to be as positive about my situation as I can. Being here is truly an experience that one could never get any where else. I have only been here for a few months now and have already learned allot about myself and life. I have learned “perspective” is everything in life. And right now my perspective is that I am here for a reason and that when it all over with I’ll leave here a better man. I will be glad when my time is up because I have a wonderful family, friends, and gf to get home to. I can not wait to see what life has for me in the future.

I'd like to meet:

I can’t really say that there is anyone I would really want to meet at this time. I have an amazing girlfriend that has been my bestfriend for the last five years. We have had our ups and downs but she has continued to stand by my side. I love her more than words can explain. As far as friends, you can never have to many as long as their true friends. I am very blessed to have many of them as well. I've also been very blessed to have many great role models/mentors that have helped me develop into the person I am today.

I love everything but couldn't tell you who sang it or who original wrote it.

I'm currently addicted to "24" the series. I bought season 1-5 for 25 bucks at the haji shop.

Books:

I’m currently in the process of convincing myself that reading is fun. I do enjoy reading about history and business, anything that can give me a competitive edge on life. :)
