Celebrity Handjob (New Songs Posted!!)

Late August, 2004, Jonapolliza. Jon Herms, Ronnie, and Jarret RO.. RO.. RO.. TA.. TA.. TA.. ON. make up a band of three roommates who call themselfs Celebrity Handjob. We played our first and last show at the same time. Fueled by beer and cheap vodka we rocked in our backyard for about 50 people, in hopes of kicking off what turned out to be a crazy night. Two days later, Jonny Herms left to Sacramento. Enter Circa December 4, 2004, Celebrity Handjob (CHJ) is scheduled to play Shango's Grill. Now four months after the departure of Jonny Herms, CHJ is playing its First real show. CHJ now with a new look and a new voice(Ronnie stepped up) we showed up to rock SHANGO's GRILL. Since the arrival of Josh "DUI" Garcia in October, CHJ finally had what we had been missing, a bassist, and a drunk ass motherfucker. Ronnie, Josh, and Jarret played for a soldout SHANGO's Grill crowd, and we sucked!!!! Despite our "not soo good performance" we had a good time and our fans(friends) cheered us on and drank the house dry. Next morning we awoke from various locations in which we happened to pass out the night before and realized we need A LOT more practice. So we practiced, and practiced, and practiced. Late January, we recorded our self produced 8 track cd, entitled CHJ the EP. The people loved it. We played various shows through the month of Feb. and booked what we referred to as "The Rematch" at Shango's GRIll. On March 5th 2005, SHANGO'S GRILL was more crowed then ever waiting in anticipation of CHJ's return. We played ,they cheered, People danced on tables, shit got broken, a black homeless guy was even rocken out. We had finally proven to those who doubted, we knew how to ROCK. With a triumphant win under our belt we are ready to go, and so are our fans. You'll know who they are at any of our shows, they'll be the ones getting threatened to be kicked out if they dont calm down. www.chjrocks.com .... .. .
