About Me
Born in London, England I emigrated with my wife Wendy in 2007 to Michigan, USA. Me and Wendy got married in Freeland, Michigan in Oct 2007 and it was fantastic to have my family and pals there who made it all the more special. Wendy is my friend, partner and is always a joy to be with.My interests span from Drawing and Painting to playing guitar, music, football, travel, reading and politics. People who know me would probably describe me as creative, ecentric nuts and off the wall and many more things besides! I am legendary for being comical generally involving quantities of liquor.
I follow many bands and love my gigs and boozy nights as well as good wine and many food types especially curry and european stuff.
A big fan of classic rock in particular I love music especially live gigs. I have many musical heroes and if I had to name my favourites it would be Led Zeppelin.Favourite guitarists: Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Angus Young, Randy Rhoades, Brian May, Keith Richards, Neil Young, Joe Perry, Tony Iommi, Mick Ronson, Slash, Steve Clark, Dave Gilmour, John Lennon, George Harrison, Pete Townsend, Josh Homme, John Lee Hooker. Too many to mention.Artwise I tend to prefer figuritive work and my favourite artists include are Diego Velazquez, Michaelangelo, Ribera, Rubens, Picasso, Goya, Francis Bacon, Titian, David, Gericault, Lucian Freud, Rembrant, Dali, Leon Golub, Diego RiveraI love to travel having taken in quite a bit of Europe and bits of the US. Ambitions are to visit Rome and Southern Spain next.I support Liverpool Football Club my favourite players being Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres.
