DYERS EVE

Formed in 1987 under the monicker of Majeste' the band built a solid following around the jersey shore area. shortyly after the recording of their first demo the name was changed to Dyers Eve at the suggestion of various record labels. Through late 1988 on Dyers Eve gained high praise for their live shows as well as national and international press including a very positive review in the highly credible UK magazine Metal Forces.(Issue 63 August 1991 Demolition Overload Section) The high point in the bands flourishing career came in 1992 with an appearance at Jack Koshicks Milwaukee Metal Fest 6 Hosted by King Diamond. With members going on to College and others getting married Dyers Eve disbanded in 1993. 2007 sees founding members Mark Yard(Sound Theory Consolidated) and Jerry Franklin(Vulture,Tolliver/Franklin) joining forces to create some exciting new music with an incredible lineup.
