Since I've grown up in the mountains with not much to do, I'm easily entertained. Any activities like hiking, camping, fishing (even though it's been a while), up in the mtns. are great. I love music, listening to it, and singing. Playing with a band is my favorite. Fortunately for me, I inherited a decent singing voice from my Dad. He started my bro and I singing at three or four years old. Road trips with one or more friends are a favorite of mine! The open road!!!
My mother, my guardian angel, Yolanda Pinon. Ascended beyond this physical realm July 28th 1983. Rest In Peace always. I love you.

I bought the movie Serenity because I really liked it. Then I found out there was a t.v series called Firefly, which the movie was based off of. I got ahold of the DVD set through a friend, and I have to say that it's changed my life... I know that may sound ridiculous or maybe obsessive, but just you watch, and you'll see. There are so many poignant moments, dealing with the human soul. You will see that even in the future, "...we're all just folks..."... still, tryin' to make an honest living. I wish I could convey to you how amazing this series is. Whether or not you have seen Serenity, make sure you add Firefly into your library. It's a wonderful, forever impactful experience that'll remind you about the importance of the human connection, comraderie, family, and home. As for general t.v I don't really watch it. Maybe Wild Boyz ; can't forget Family Guy or Inuyasha, Law and Order: SVU, and The Shield, and Robot Chicken. This is what makes me love Star Trek!.. width="425" height="350" ..
The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice. Interview With The Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, Queen of the Damned, Tale of the Body Thief, Memnoch the Devil, Pandora, The Vampire Armand, Vittorio the Vampire, Blood and Gold, Merrick, Blackwood Farm, Blood Canticle. And The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy books 1-3. I have yet to read the other two. I'm also writing this book, titled, "Stop Being So Gay". We'll see how that turns out... just kidding.
For starters, the vampires of the Vampire Chronicles. Yes I know they're not real people, but the way they move through their existences is... so profoundly human. Other heroes would be anyone I love and who is close to me... I gain so much from them simply by knowing them. That's why they are so appreciated..."We do not really change over time; we are as flowers unfolding; we merely become more nearly ourselves." -Anne Rice
