Just One Fix is an Auckland based four piece metal band. The band's career started in late 98 at a friends party, and was formed pretty quickly once original vocalist Eden Palmer was found.
Since then some past highlights have included recording a demo in 2000, a live tv appearence on Ground Zero & opening for Megadeth at their Auckland show at St James in 2001. The band has also had lots of airplay over the years thanks to the legendary Paul Martin, host of The Axe Attack. The line up for the last 3 years has been Riccardo Ball (vocals), Sharne Scarborough (guitar), Ant "Stuntcock" Ward (bass) and G Force (drums). This line up opened for Vinnie Paul's new band Hell Yeah @ The Studio in 2007 and appears on their debut album "The Price of $ellvation", that was released in November 2007 and was recorded at The Lab Studios by Paul Matthews.
The band toured the North Island of New Zealand with new drummer Martin Kemble (after Stuntcock married and knocked up an unsuspecting G!) in late 07 in support of "$ellvation". So far in 2008 the band had a spot on the very first Mammoth Metal Fest, and also supported Korn for their only New Zealand show @ Auckland's Vector Arena along with Chimaira & Biohazard.
They are the first New Zealand metal band to play the Auckland Arena which has had many international bands playing there since it's opening in 2006. Lee Steele has now taken over on Bass duties with Stuntcock not having a lot of time on his hands due to becoming a daddy. In 2009 Just One Fix are playing their first Big Day Out experience, as well as releasing a second album followed by a nationwide tour.
