James "Jamie" Gesell
James "Jamie" Gesell, 28, died June 30, 2008, in Port St. Lucie. He was born in Long Branch, N.J., and was a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past 20 years, coming from Keyport, N.J. Survivors include his mother, Christine Nicholson of Port St. Lucie; father, Glen Gesell and stepmother, Barbara Gesell, both of Cape Coral; brothers, Jonathan Gesell of Port St. Lucie, Nicholas Nicholson of New Brighton, Pa., and Andrew Gesell of Cape Coral, ; sister, Rose Callahan of Cape Coral; maternal grandparents, Vincent and Patricia Giovinazzo of Port St. Lucie; and paternal grandmother, Connie Gesell of Lehigh Acres. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Gesell. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 7 p.m. July 3 at Byrd, Young & Prill Funeral Home in Port St. Lucie, with a funeral service at 7 p.m. A guest book may be signed at www.byrdyoungandprill.com.
