About Me

Reading Lists from 2004-2006 (view here)
Random Facts: I worry too much; I want to own all of my favorite books in sweet hardcover editions; Everything I know about sports I learned from 90's coming-of-age "sports" flicks; I was honestly disappointed when I found out that scotch isn't a liquified version of butterscotch candy; I have conversations with my dog; I like to have my DVR at 0% (which isn't conducive to its purpose, really); Stephen Pavlik is my best friend (he may deny this). My boyfriend doesn't think i'm cool. =)
Some of my interests include: Asking if movies are based on true stories; the black and white portions of infomercials, using the phrases "what is this, gym class?" and "what are you, new?", fat animals, precious things, and listening to David Hagerman talk.
I spend my time these days falling deeper into love and doing graphic design (monogramatic) . Up until this year, my goal in life was to sit on the 50-yard line and watch the Giants win the superbowl. And although I still dream of that, I am just wicked excited that my team actually WON a superbowl.
"Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, like some people, letters of recommendation to you or from you? You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everybody. You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts". -2 Corinthians 3:1-3
