La Prodigiosa Maquinita de Soñar un Poco ( The Prodigious Dreaming a Bit Little Machine)
In the winter of 1999, gathered around a cuple of beers and few tacos, three composers decide to form an ensamble to capture the colour, the dreams and nightmares of their homeland. As their name reveals, this little machin integrated by Iris Bringas, Oscar Gómez and Jehová Villa produces sounds that are reminiscent of the traditional Mexico, with its hot chocolate and the colorful flowers bundles from the popular Jamaica Market. Their sounds bring us back to the songs of the 1940s, the Mexico of Agustín Lara, and María Grever, Where the Air is Clear, but also to the land of Guadalupe Trigo and Cafe Tacuba. This has been called Nacional Contemporary Song, a lively blend of styles, memories and experiences from the Mexicans of the XXI Century.
As hapens whith all Mexican handicreft, La Prodigiosa Maquinita de Soñar un Poco(The Prodigious Dreaming a Bit Little Machine) has specific trits that make them unique ( that distinguish them from the other ensambles), drawing inspiration from a country that has produced the "Son Jarocho and Tamaulipeco" from the states of Veracruz and Tamaulipas respectively, or the pirecua with waltz. They write and sing their songs that take us to the world of dreams of who we are, but also of those who came to this land and melted with the sound produced by shell of the sea, clay pots and drums.

Show Synopsis
The Show consist of a cycle of songs based on life metaphors evoking the flavors and fragances of our land: the blue agave, hot chocolate, but also our landscapes, the cultural variety of our provinces, contrasted with the urban lifestyle of Mexico City.
La Prodigiosa Maquinita de Soñar un Poco(The Prodigious Dreaming a Bit Little Machine) works with the energy that results from proces of looking inward through deep concentration in order to take the listener to ride of visions and emotions that go from the most introspective feeling to he most joyous one; from a longing for past times to the turmoil of the big city, but always watchful of the transition between dream and reality. Sometimes our music is a reflection of the urban nightmare, but always ends up returning to the scents, to the typical Mexican paintings that, during our childhood, we all once recognized in the roads that took us to the green, still present in our landscapes.
La Prodigiosa Maquinita de Soñar un Poco, se encuentra grabando su disco la Plusvalìa el cual será producido por Alter Music y distribuido en Norte America, Sudamérica, Italia, Alemania, Francia, Portugal y México.
Esta nueva etapa marca la nueva forma de llevar su independencia mostrando su trabajo como compositores de World Music a lo que ellos llaman "Canciòn Nacional Contemporánea". Las Fusiones rìcas en estilos de raíz, combinadas con géneros de otras partes del mundo, dan a este proyecto un giro global, enmarcando su forma de vivir los tiempos modernos.
La Prodigiosa Maquinita de Soñar un Poco recopilará dentro de "La Plusvalía" sus canciones primigenias de ìndole intimista que formaron su estructura en base a la sencillez y la fragilidad, es por eso que el ensamble está formado únicamente por tres integrantes, el segundo disco saldrá en Julio del 2009 "El Capital" Disco que mostrará las composiciones más recientes con la integración de artistas invitados tratando de conservar la fragilidad del proyecto.
