It's a crazy world, and I am just one tiny, tiny dot with lots of opinions and weird ways of looking at things.
I could practically subsist on Kombucha and hummus, but there are just too many delicious things out there to consume. The diet of choice is vegan, organic, fresh, and raw if possible. Maybe we will see a day when practicing this diet will be more affordable!!! My dog, Captain, is my best friend and companion. He truly is a role model. It is hard to believe that a puppy could repeatedly face death and spring back with a smile and a positive outlook! Nothing gets him down. There is a lot to learn from him!! An ideal day to me is being with my loved ones and family, being in nature, spending ample time in the kitchen, listening to quality music, reading, relaxing, games, concerts, wine, movies, hiking, yoga, studying, making art, poetry, and my favorite... sleeping. There is an extreme lack of this in my life, and in America in general. We need a mandatory nap and meditation time each day!!!!
In terms of school, I've got certifications for Raw Food Preparation (Living Light Institute), Dog Training, Wildlife and Forestry Conservation, Reiki Level 1, Medication Administration for the DDA, and Vet Assistant. In the works now is a bachelors in Environmental Science and in the distant future an Acupuncture PhD.
All of this requires money though, so that is why the current routine is juggling a few part time jobs. But, life is life so you have to do what you have to do to be happy, right?
