My name is Jeff and I'm a karate instructor from Pennsylvania. I'm a pretty laid back kind of guy and I'm a loyal and a good friend. My Interests

Karate is my number one passion and it's my first and foremost interest and I really love working out. I'm not a hulk by any means but I do alright and most importantly I do it naturally from hard work. I love music and good movies and books too.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet new and interesting people from around the country and hear their stories and their interests and learn about whatever they care about and have them learn about what I care about as well.

Music:

Well let's see I love a little bit of everything when it comes to music. I can listen to anything really from country to Pantera to R&B or anything. I really can listen to any form or genre of music as long as I can feel it and like it.

Movies:

Of course being half Italian my absolute favorite movie of all time is The Godfather.

Television:

I don't watch a lot of television anymore to be honest but I can watch CSI or something like that every once in a while but there are to many copy shows out there of the same idea so I don't watch much to be honest.

Books:

I always liked John Grisham's books and Stephen King is a very good writer so it depends. I don't read a lot but I will if it interests me. Lately I've only read martial arts books about my style of karate.

Heroes:

Well my mom and dad are my heroes for real because they've always been there for me so my heroes are my family first and then our soldiers out there who fight for us and risk their lives.
