This HoRse began toying with piano's while still an itty, bitty, kiddy in grandmother's basement. Think I thought this was somehow making up songs and writing melodies. Around seven I got really lucky and was introduced to a piano teacher who taught me about my ear (how to use & not use it) and the basics of transcribing some of my favorite songs off the radio. Later things got more serious. But I truly fell in love with the art of 'making sounds' when I got my grubby little hands on a synth at 13.Have been a founding/contributing member of unique-underground projects like MAIMOU, COTTONMOUTH TX, BILLY GOAT, HAIRYAPES BMX and WHITEY. ** Most of that is available on iTunes ** Some of my recording/touring/performance credits include EDIE BRICKELL, STONE GOSSARD, DANIEL POWTER, EVERLAST, EVANESCENCE, COLIN HAY of MEN @ WORK, the JAY LENO SHOW, JIMMY KIMMEL & MTV UNPLUGGED with KORN & the CURE.It happens that I acquired the nickname "HORSE" while touring around the world with KORN in 2006, as I was required to perform under the influence of a HoRse mask. Towards the end of the tour JD, MUNK, DAVID, & FIELDY invited me along to write and record songs for what would beocome the groups 8th studio album, now known as "UNTITLED". During this time I was fortunate to work with the amazing TERRY BOZZIO, BROOKS WACKERMAN, producer ATTICUS ROSS (NIN) and production team 'the MATRIX'.
