Art Stupor is a COLLECTIVE consisting of different art forms, and mainly focusing on music. Right now, AS's objectives for music are promotion, booking, band/peer support, and a very small indie label.AS is striving to be many things on a small scale... ultimately it's meant to be a voice... which starts with a few people and carefully adding others and in the end desiring a healthy dose of diversity as well as progress for each person/band's endeavors.A collective, for us, is a way of making friends and striving to do constructive things with them.Current bands involved with Art Stupor: The Softrocks (band) Sofarra (band)

My Interests

Making music(it goes without saying), group activities, odd things, artsy things, art coops, selfless acts.

I'd like to meet:

Any good-hearted people that love to create things and help others. Music fiends, film buffs and makers of, artists, and, of course, the regular working-class joe(aren't we all).

Music:

Various experimental, folk, outsider, post-rock/punk, indie pop.

Movies:

Music docs, ethnically diverse, deadpan comedy, melodrama, noir, low budget, shorts.

Books:

Authors like C.S. Lewis, Kurt Vonnegut, William Blake, Jack Kerouac and trying to dig deeper.
