Walking home from a ball at six o'clock in the morning across Central Park, in tails and a top hat,

About Me

Five things you may not know about me:1.) I tip generously, because figuring out 15% of the bill after a meal is just impossible; by that time I am smoking and not in the mood for math.2.) Once every so often, I get drunk and walk the streets of Beverly Hills speaking to everyone in French.3.) I sleep well past noon on Sundays.4.) I can do handstands but once almost broke my neck; I still do them.5.) I sometimes fantasize about becoming a vampire and enjoy imagining all the wicked things I would do.Five things you may not know about me, 2nd Edition:1.2) I will someday retire to the south of France and make soap from lavender grown in the hills nearby.2.2) I own enough china to seat 18 people for dinner but have a table that sits only three at most.3.2) I get very pee-shy when I think someone is listening outside the bathroom door.4.2) While standing in long lines or any other time I am consumed by boredom, I begin to see in my mind's eye, that I can tango as if I were an orphan who grew up in an Argentine dance studio and who lives to dance. The variation to this fantasy involves me Flamenco dancing with castanets in Barcelona. I also have other fantasies which are not appropriate for posting on the internet.5.2) I slide around in my socks on the hardwood floors because it’s fun and it’s like a litmus test to see if I’ve been doing a good job swiffering.

My Interests

Table Tennis and Badminton. Hedonism. Silk moiré in dark colors. Film Noir. coarsely ground Mediterranean sea salt. I like to golf...mostly because it requires the player to wear just one nifty white leather glove. Crystal chandeliers that are dimly lit over very nicely laid dinner tables. I like firecrackers and other loud noises. I like peeling oranges or grapefruits because I enjoy watching the mist of essential oil spritz when I fold and peel the rind back. My favorite words are: Coup d'état and Coup de grâce. The experience of being on the roof of tall buildings. Cheese sandwiches...I love cheese. I hardly ever completely finish my cigarettes, my cups of coffee, or my cocktails. Kites are neat. On Saturday nights, I love to sit outside on patio chairs, in the wee hours of the morning, with my best friend and have philosophical conversations about the universe and the meaning of life. The Happy Tree Friends cartoons leave me in stitches. I also love historical biographies of princes, kings, and queens. Someone who can sing a truthfully sexy rendition of My Funny Valentine without seeming totally lame. For some reason, I can salsa dance like a latino even though I have no latin blood. Olé! I love JFK. Anything having to do with the 1960s. I admit that I am a Francophile and not much of an Anglophile. I’ll take Paris over London any day. I can talk about fashion, color, and art tirelessly, for hours and days on end. I love things that are beautiful and I find most things to be so in their own unique ways. I drink beer and am trying to smoke less by smoking only after the sun goes down. I have been madly in love with Catherine Deneuve ever since I was very young and once staked out her apartment in St.-Germain des pres for several hours, but gave up in the muggy Parisian summer heat. I frequently hike in the hills and one time swallowed a tiny winged insect; my usual instinct is to swallow but I decided it best to spit, So I did.

I'd like to meet:

The ghost of Marilyn Monroe, good-looking British men, sexy international spies, people who can do back flips, anyone who likes to have a good time et les gens qui parlent français. Cher M. Delon, S'il vous arrrivez de trouver mon myspace, svp, ajoutez-moi!
