Marlon Taylor aka "Messiah The Suppliyah" was born in the exciting home of the North Carolina Tarheels. Marlon played basketball for Shaw university where he majored in broadcasting/telecommunications. His passion for music started at an early age. Marlon made a name for himself in his hometown with his razor sharp freestyle as well as his undeniable talent to write great songs. Marlon joined teams with a couple of NC's hottest MC's and formed Full Metal, and they released sum of the hottest compilations to ever come out of the Tarheel state. Although Marlon's talent would always cause him to stand out in a crowd. From winning open mics to opening up for some of the biggest artist to come to North Carolina such as Biggie Smalls, Mobb Deep, Wu Tang, Onyx, & many more. After going through tons of legal issues, Marlon "Messiah" Taylor decided that North Carolina wasn't big enough anymore so he relocated to Miami where he hooked up with some old friends who believed in him & his gift. They allowed Marlon to record & work on his craft and eventually start doing showcases around the sunshine state capturing the attention of many big names such as platinum selling artist Mr. Cheeks of the hit group The Lost Boys. Mr. Cheeks took Marlon under his wing and taught him the ins & outs to the music business. Mr. Cheeks recieved a big record deal in New York and decided to take Marlon with him. Marlon toured all over the world with Mr. Cheeks from Tokyo Japan to Cancun Mexico performing his own music and earning a lot of street credibility getting him a lot of love from hit radio stations such as Hot 97 in New York City. The Source magazine labeled his mixtape "Hottest Summer Mixtape" of 2006. When the label in New York went down, Marlon had a lot of tough decisions to make. He decided to go back to his hometown in North Carolina to get back in touch with his foundation, where he started getting into public speaking and went to several high schools speaking to the students about life and the problems that affect our society today. Withing four weeks he was on his way back to Miami to settle the score. Marlon Taylor had dreams of achieving the unexpected so not only did he start his own company called Taylor Made Enterprises he also started a cancer foundation(The Robert Taylor Foundation) in honor of his late grandfather. Marlon eventually connected with DJ Primo, president of Puerto Roc Records, Isaac Velez of Party Animals, and Matari Bain to form one of the most powerful music show & radio show on the planet. Marlon "Messiah" Taylor is the host of both shows. Miyayo Show on WWW.KRIB.TV is a well known music variety show that has had over 1.5 million viewers throughout 100 countries. The Miyayo Radio Show is a hit show on the most popular underground station in Miami, a station affiliated with Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Flo-rida and so many more huge artists. Marlon also throw some of the sexiest parties in the sunshine state, but that didn't distract him from his acting career and attended as many castings as possible, which eventually landed him the biggest role of his life. Marlon teamed up with directors Lee Cipolla, Jeremy Mitchell, & Justin Marx to make one of the most highly anticipated hip hop movies to ever come out of Miami. The movie in which Marlon starred in is Know Thy Enemy and was just released by Lionsgate. The movie is in stores(Best Buy, Blockbuster, Walmart, & Target) and online(Amazon, Netflix, & other online stores) all across the country. Marlon is now getting into screenwriting and video production as well. His plans are to put the Miyayo Show on cable television and to put Miyayo Radio on satellite radio, both which are very huge steps in his career. Marlon wants to take his craft to a more national level. His passion for his gift have become more intense than ever and he is as focus as he has ever been. So expect nothing but greatness from this self-determined and hardworking individual.
