Our lil Diva...
I'd like to catch up with friends and family who I normally don't talk to or see on a regular basis....AND those I see all the time!!!
Depends on my mood. I like listening to old school jamz, to reminisce the old college days (and high school). Sometimes I'm into the 80s or whatever is playing on XM Radio stations.
Romantic Comedies: 50 First Dates, Wedding Planner, Wedding Singer, Sweet Home Alabama, yada, yada. yada.... Comedies that are stupid, but make you laugh, Comedies that make you laugh and have a good stoyline, Star Wars, Spiderman, Lord of the Rings (all of them), Harry Potter (all of them, so far). I've seen too many movies to list which ones are my favorite.I enjoy watching movies at the movie theatre (if I get the chance), otherwise, I'm good watching it on DVD.
Desperate Housewives, Dirty Jobs w/ Mike Rowe, Dancing with the Stars, (hate to admit) some reality shows, The Brady Bunch, I Love Lucy, Gilligan's Island, Full House, Growing Pains...the list could go on...
Anybook by Sophie Kinsella is worth reading. The Shopaholic series was very entertaining!Carlos Bulosan's "America is in the Heart" is a book that Filipino Americans should read. It opened my eyes to the hardship and struggles endured by the "Manongs" who came to America in the early 1900's. Because of them, they paved the road for us Filipino-Americans to have better lives and bigger things in life. The book has inspired me to learn more about the Filipino-American history. Who would've known????FINALLY!!! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows is here...and I just finished reading it (took me 6 weeks)! I'm happy that Harry Potter got to live happily ever after. I'm currently reading Wicked by Gregory Maguire. Just to compare the book and the actual Musical. I'm still leaning towards the Musical at this point. In general, I like to read anything that's interesting.
