Coming from you Bruce, that means a lot!

About Me

..At thirteen years old, an old cat-gut six string became a daily meditation. Perhaps keeping this a hobby would have been far easier, but something in the cosmos thought otherwise. High school and college rock bands came and went, and songwriting turned the world around leading me to graduate from LaGrange College with a BA in Creative Music Technology.
Nashville beckoned and later kicked me out. Atlanta, however, opened it's arms in the form of keyboardist Dan Barker (bro) and college friend (percussionist) James Taylor Jr. An unexpected twist came when a borrowed Danelectro bass from Chris Rowell landed me in the rhythm section for "Warm in the Wake."
In early 2005 a chance meeting with percussionist Kane Russell also lead me out on tour with the ever-impressive "Paris Luna." Cities across the South became our playground and the stories are endless.
A starting gun was fired in Summer 06 and both bands found themselves staring at contracts among label execs. With excessive scheduling conflicts among both, I cast the die and focused my energy on WITW.
With albums on the horizon and tour dates being filled, a studio room and a conversion van have now become my dwellings. Too stubborn and perhaps a little insane, this journey of u-turns, peaks, and endless valleys is hopefully far from over.
