About Me

I'm under the assumption that it takes a certain grace to explain to the world around you why it is you walk the wayyou do. Why you choose the way you choose. Why you love the way you love. Why you pretend to be an intellectual andhow you acknowledge the fact that everyone knows you're not because it takes you five minutes to answer a question using every known word in your vocabulary. I'm also under the assumption that it takes a certain wit, a bit of charm, if you will, to reply to a stranger's inquiry as to who it is you think you are. Within us all there is an ego to feed. Within us all, there is still a child looking for affirmation from the rest of the world. That it's ok to say what you say. That it's ok to laugh when you do. That it's a perfectly beautiful thing to love someone... anyone. There is one last assumption that this tired mind suffers under the weight of, however. And that is that this dream we call 'life' is our one chance to prove ourselves to an enigmatic force that we can only acknowledge with both a terrifying fear and an oh-so longing hope that one day there is a happy ending. . .These are three assumptions, however, for I do not claim to possess the grace it would presumably take to explain one's self to the world around him/her. I do not believe myself to be any more witty than the next self proclaimed intellectual. And I most certainly do not take either side when it comes to topics of whatever happens to us when we leave the world that we perceive to be our reality.But...With every waking hour that I exist, and with every breath that I am honored the privelage, I have sought that same child-like affirmation. I have scrounged for whatever I deemed sustainence to feed this ego. And every night, the myriad of voices in my head, thank that enigmatic force, in unison, for leading me to meet those that I have met. To experience those things that I'd been given the pleasure to indulge in. For giving me my own voice...I am no one you've met before. I'm everyone you've ever crossed paths with. And every night when you sleep, I'm the ghost of all your doubts... leading you to that same river of thought that you forget about when you're awake... where I'll bathe you in reasons to live your life.
