WILLIAMSPORT- Local rap artist Terrance Cuff, aka Miztasand, recently released his latest album "Exclusive 8 Reloaded". This self-produced album was recorded at Sand Entertainment Studios located in Williamsport. Cuff designed all the cover and promotional art work. Featured artist include Indie 5 who is another up and coming Sand Ent. Artist. Miztasand has been in the rap business for several years now. In 1997 he released his first album "Da Take Ova". The hottest single from that album was "Williamsport Soldiers". It was the Number one requested song for five weeks on two college stations. In 1999 Miztasand was chosen out of hundreds to be part of "MTV's Hip-Hop Talent Search". He made it all the way to the finals as one of the top 32 artist in the United States (don't hate). He is Williamsport's acclaimed Numba One Bad Boy, however, he isn't without criticism. Many say that rap exploits the violence of city life, gang bangin, and is a bad influence on children who look up to emcees. Cuff said " That is why I'm here (lol) it's time for GOD's people to start bangin back! He goes on to explain, "I'm a leader, and I choose to try and fix a problem instead of follow the pack. I can shoot a block up in every verse but it's too easy! It's hard to try and uplift your people though, but I'm up for the challenge" (lol). Cuff lived most of his life in Williamsport. In 1995 he graduated from Williamsport Highschool and enrolled into Graphic Design classes at Penn College of Technology.
