About Me

The World will not be saved
by old minds with new programs,
but by new minds with no programs.
"what you share with the world is what it keeps of you."
that's been my inspiration as of late.
i am horribly human. i've made thousands of mistakes. i'm more flawed than the theory that the earth is flat. but i'm finally facing it head on, because i now know what the alternative means.i suppose you could say i've finally really learned something.
so that's where i am right now in my life, and it's about god damn time.
i try to live by active skepticism, doubt which so loves truth that it neither dares rest in doubting, nor extinguish itself by unjustified belief. it's a pain in the ass, but always turns out to be worth it.
basically, i like honesty and a good challenge. i like questioning and being questioned. i never want to agree with or do something just because it's easier to.
..and i ramble. :]
come on,
look me in my bloodshot eyes.
i
am
sarah.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

who i'd like to meet:

chris mccandless [1968-1992]

"So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more dangerous to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure.

The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun."

the product of too much Emerson.

We get caught up; caught up in life, as some would say, caught up in stress, fear, and life. Caught up in mountains of paperwork, loans, bills, our everyday 9-5's, plastic cards and paper currency. A ...

Just a thought.

Looking back at the intricate web of my life, I can barely express the pivotal moments in which I've felt infinite. The transcendental feeling of freedom is inexpressible in literal words; the ability...
