I grew up spending time riding in the back of my Daddy's laundry truck, helping my Grandma bake Potatoe Cakes and setting the table up for supper after Church. My Mom was an aristocrat and my Daddy was a red-neck from West Virginia.. Yes, by-god West Virginia.. Me? I'm a mixture of both I guess. I've been singing since I was 3 and spent my afternoons after school watching Lawrence Welk exclaiming to my Mother that "someday I'd be on the TV singing my lungs out". It's in my blood and I can't get the music to stop playing in my head.. and who wants to? Not me.
I am lucky to spend my days doing just what I love.. being in the music business 24/7. I am a writer for Shadow Mountain Music Group (signed 5 years ago) and am also VP of A&R Promotions for the company - heading up the TV and Film Division. I love to sing.. I love to write and especially be with my favorite co-writers in Nashville when I can kick off my shoes and be the muse..
