Public speaking is a vital part of his job as well as lecturing in front of large audiences. He has been always been in the kitchen with his favorite tools in hand chopping, dicing, and slicing anything he can get his hands on.Jan enjoys planting anything that will grow in the dirt of her native Northwestern North Carolina home including herbs, flowers, vegetables, and fruits. She has 17-years experience in home canning, freezing and cooking the foods grown on her home turf.Tim and Jan hosted “Herbal Impressions with Tim and Jan” on PBS combining their love of cooking and gardening.I lot of folks think Jan and I are married to each other. Jan and I have been friends for many years, but my heart belongs to my wife Donna whom I have been married to for 24 years.
