ANKLE Update - I am up and walking...You should see the trouble I am causing now. Thanks for all the well wishes.About me...well...I am a Colorado native with southern blood. I love my family and friends. I am a huge fan of the Broncos, Braves, and Rockies. I have two amazing dogs, which are such characters, and bring a remarkable amount of joy to my life. I am currently waiting to start nursing school. I love to travel and have been to some amazing places. I am truly blessed to spend as much time as possible with my Mama. Her time here is limited due to a terminal illness.I love to take my dogs to the park and play with them. We often end up under a tree. They sleep and I read. It's the simple pleasures. I am always up for a new adventure. Recently I started talking Ballroom dancing lessons. WOW! I didn't think it would be so much fun! Now I didn't say I was good at it...it's just a great time. :-)
Music is very important to me. It touches my soul. Blues, Soul, Rock, Gospel, Opera....the list is almost endless. It amazes me how I am moved by the music of a song and the words. I do not have the talent to sing (well ok, I am the American Idol winner of my car and shower), yet I am so grateful for those who can and who reach past their fears and make music. I am your biggest fan! Thank you for your music!
I believe anyone can reach their dreams with hard work, determination and a Godly focus. But, first you must discover your dreams. In my experience any dream that has a self focus and doesn't help to benefit others, tends to have a lonely celebration. So dream big, reach out and include others so they too can enjoy the success, and be about your purpose!
I believe you should reach far above your dreams and expectations. You just might surprise yourself! But, NEVER GIVE UP!
My most favorite thing to do is laugh. I am so grateful to God for the gift of joy. Laugh often....life is too short not to!!
