About Me

Myspace IconsMy name is Hayley, I am a very bubbly, & caring person. I am married to my high school sweetheart who I met at 15 Joshua. He is a soldier in the United States Army and also a veteran who has served in Iraq. We have been married for 4 yrs this July & have grown tremendously since then. We've had our ups and downs, and sure have gone through alot together, but God has blessed us both and we have never been soo happy. I am truly blessed and thank God everyday for moments like these. Josh gets out of the Army in 2010 at that point he will have served 7 years. The Military life is very different then the "civilian" life. Sometimes you have not many choices on were you live, if or what college you attend, who your neighbors are, when you will see your spouse, and at times you want to just cry. But really in the end you know you've met some great people who have changed your life, experiences that have made who you are and been through things that you would have never thought you could if you lived the "civilian" life. So if you are not military you may not understand the bond and the experiences that we go through, and how much we as family members of the military give up just to support our loved ones. But before I was a military wife I grew up in both Southern California were I lived until middle school & Phoenix Arizona. The Army has taken us to Ft. Carson Colorado, Ft. Knox Kentucky, and now Ft. Hood Texas. We are both enjoying Texas soo far, & have met some really great people who we have made good friends with. Animals are a big part of my life and we have 3 dogs who we treat like our kids, they are definatly part of the family. We both love children and can't wait to have a family. I think every child is a gift from God, and can't wait to share that special gift with my husband in Gods great time. I hate drama, enough said. I am a good friend, and will help out as much as I can, unless you screw me over, than thats it, I am done. I love to grow as a person, and want to be the best person I can. I enjoy the moments from day to day. When I have a goal I try hard to achieve it. Although at times I can be easily discourged, I always find that things work out eventually I just need to be patient. I am very down to earth, and I usually get along with anyone, so if i don't get along with you, your prob. not friendly. I like to make good geniune friends. I love good conversation, and have a good sense of humor. I love the outdoors, thats where i would love to spend most my time. My favorite thing to do is horseback ride, and plan on owning one one day. Also I am a Christian, and was raised in a christian family with 7 kids! 5 brothers and 1 sister. My step father is the Pastor of Calvary Chapel Ahwatukee, which is in Phoenix Arizona. I don't let others just walk all over me and I believe you need to stand up for yourself and try harder than anyone else to get what you want in life.

My Interests

I am an aspiring Veterinary Technician, and really love veterinary medicine and helping animals. I have already taken some classes at Brown Mackie College in this field, but story of my life, we moved and will be transferring to another school for the third time...in the process of doing that currently. I plan on going as far as I can in the field, my goal is to go for my bachelors and become a Veterinary Technologist and specialize eventually in either Anesthesia or Emergency Medicine.
This video is of the youth group at my dad's church, performing a skit and thought it was really good :)♥I love horses, dogs,& cows♥sitting on green grass listening to music on sunny days♥girly movies ♥candles♥dressing up to go out to dinner♥wine♥christmas trees♥holidays with family♥falls beautiful foliage of reds, oranges, and yellows♥driving on a beautiful sunny day with a good song playing in the background♥the bugel playing on post watching my husband in uniform stand at attention & saluting♥a nice horseback ride through the mountains or on a beach♥the smell of apple pies♥good conversations♥road trips♥big dogs with droopy eyes♥newborn puppies♥watching a good movie on rainy days with popcorn in the candlelight♥church on sundays♥bonfires & camp fires♥smoores♥

I'd like to meet:

♥ My grandmother (my moms mother), and our baby angel who we lost in 2006 ♥

Music:

I love music! I love acoustic guitars, and sometimes some songs sound better w/ just a guitar...I have always wanted to learn guitar and I am sure I will someday learn. I love all different types of music, but no hardcore. I usually listen to country, christian, R&B, alternative, rock, punk, and some rap. When I study sometimes classical music helps me consintrate better :)

Movies:

I like dramas, comedys, thrillers, chic flics, & old movies. One of my recent favorites is Juno, that movie is so good!

Television:

I LOVE Ghost Hunters because they come from a scientific standard. Also, The Hills series, Real World, Intervention, Untold Stories of the ER, E Vet Interns, Animal Cops, Army Wives, Wife Swap, Dog the bounty hunter, Baby Story, Reba, Real Housewives of Orange County series, Girls next door, The Dog Whisperer, Anything on the National Geographic Channel on Dogs

Books:

The Bible, it has the answers to life. I love Veterinary books, it helps me learn more about veterinary medicine. Dog books because I like to learn about the different breeds, and what they are used for, or the reason why dogs act how they do.

Heroes:

The people who give up the luxarys of making their own choices, and serving in the US military, those who sign a contract to make very little money to possibly put their life on the line for everyone whether or not supported by others. Those who do so should be recognized, esp. those at war now (men and women). Military wives who stand behind them, who rarely get recognized for what they give up to support their spouse (its not a job, its a way of life). Also those who serve our communities to keep it safe from day to day. My mother is also my hero because she is a strong women who has raised 7 children and is still sane, she is always there for me, and admire her for it. Another hero I have is the one who is there whether or not I even care about Him, who is God.
