FRENCH BIO :Né en France, originaire de la Martinique, Little Dan fait ses débuts à Créteil. Artiste influencé par Grégory Isaac, Garnett Silk, et bien sur Bob Marley, il a su trouver sa voie à travers de nombreuses expériences musicales avec notamment: Afro Jazz, Tonton David, Mc Janik, Daddy Mory, Kulu Ganga, Christiane Obidol( du groupe Zouk Machine). Grace à ces rencontres, il développe ses capacités artistiques et un timbre vocal bien à lui. Après quelques featuring prometteurs ("Si seulement si" sur l'album d'Afro Jazz paru en 1999, ou encore "Preach" avec Mc Janik) et la réalisation de plusieurs titres sur l'album de Lisa:"More Lisa" (distribué a Taiwan), Little Dan décide de se concentrer sur sa carrière solo. Il fait la connaissance du bassiste Yovo M'Boueke; une rencontre importante qui l'encourage. Ensemble, ils réalisent plusieurs titres tout en couleurs, aux sonorités caribéennes auxquelles participe Tyrone Downie (ex clavier des wailers). Little Dan crée ensuite, en collaboration avec Dirty Dogz, le Dig Studio Music, studio d'enregistrement et de répétition. En 2002, se forme le DSM Sound System animé par Heavy et Eggy One DJs Sélecteurs. De retour d'une tournée à Taiwan avec Lisa, au Sénégal avec Daara J et à travers toute la France (dont le Jamaican Sunrise 2002 et 2003), Little Dan s'investit dans la composition.
