I am a development professional working for United Nations Development Programme. Currently this means coordinating United Nations' development activities in Kosovo. I have a professional and a management background from developing countries and countries in transition. Over the years I have had the privilige of working with people from all over the world and firmly believe that leadership is about empowerment and making people want to do the right things.Otherwise I consider myself to have stamina, have a flair for facts and analysis over quickly formed opinions and stereotyping. Norwegian by birth but have worked in other fabulous places like Angola, Cyprus, Estonia, Ethiopia, Greece, Guyana, Jamaica, Macedonia, Mozambique, Palestine West Bank, Poland, South Africa, Tanzania and USA.
