About Me

Free Myspace GraphicsMy Web site: www.FromBreakupToBreakthrough.com My blog: http://frombreakuptobreakthrough.com/blog/One of millions of singles, in her early thirties, and living in the big city Israeli army sergeant turned dating and heartbreak guru Lauren Gale, has experienced and overcome many heartbreaks, obstacles and hardships on her way to love. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, as of last year, there were 46 million single women in the United States. The number of women over the age of thirty living alone has doubled in the last twenty years to 15 million. With millions of singles out there, hearts get broken every day. That’s what propelled Lauren to write From Breakup To Breakthrough, Confessions of a Recovering Drama Queen. In the realm of Bridget Jones’s Diary meets a reality based Sex and the City, From Breakup to Breakthrough chronicles her journey in the dating world. It is the humorous and candid true story of how she went from a breakup to a condition she named MDD (Men Deficit Disorder) to MOD (Men Overload Disorder), to try and find the man of her dreams, or at least a real and healthy companion who does not walk on four legs. As Lauren goes through the options out there, from online dating, speed dating, matchmaking, to even a date on television on the Greg Behrendt show, Lauren finds there’s something to be learned from each and every one of them. From Breakup To Breakthrough, Confessions of a Recovering Drama Queen, is not only a true story and Lauren’s road map to dating and surviving a heartbreak. But more important, it’s a manifesto on self-love, self-discovery, and self-respect. Lauren is currently residing in Los Angeles. She is mixing her women’s empowerment career with work in sales. A self-declared recovering drama queen, the author is now living a drama-free, peaceful life.
