Thoroughly chilled and laid back: always observing, always learning...
After completing a degree that has felt like it's taken forever I find myself pondering what the future may hold.. Am interested in so many aspects of music; from recording sessions and dance music production right through to the professional mastering stages. The way a sound mastering engineer can manipulate and process recordings for duplication and production has always amazed and intrigued me. How each person has their own distinct style and perception of the music itself and how this contributes to the evolution and progression of the creative process.
Nowadays too many people jump on the band wagon looking for fame and fortune, fair enough one should have an ultimate goal but music is a team effort: you may create and produce the music yourself but without another pair of subjective ears to listen and criticise your work how do we push forward...?
