‘Exhibit A’ the ground breaking debut album from Elusive, one of the UK’s most talented up and coming Asian artists.Elusive is all set to infiltrate the music industry with an innovative production style fusing eastern influences and instruments with hard hitting beats and sounds. Elusive’s musical influences for the album range from smooth ‘R’&‘B’ and gritty Hip Hop, through to raw, Traditional Desi Bhangra. ‘Exhibit A’ is a truly original album and experience, with track after track offering something new and interesting to listen to. Overall ‘Exhibit A’ has a wide appeal and caters for many tastes.Elusive is made up from the members Laddy, Sak, & Moj. Laddy and Sak first came together to form Elusive 4 years ago not long after meeting they were introduced to Moj and things began. Laddy a vocalist and Producer, Sak a producer and rapper and Moj a percussionist. The debut album ‘Exhibit A' was Fully produced by Laddy and Sak and as they both came from very different musical backgrounds the fusion is like none before, showing a very diverse and original production style.After many years of hard work, dedication and commitment, the 10 track debut album was complete and a release date for the album was set for the uk bhangra market. Two videos have been produced for this album. The first comprising of the tracks Jogi, tere kaul soniyeh and Haaniya. The second video consisted of tracks Tere tehkey and Ishq ka Part 2, illustrating Elusive's versatility with the first track a traditional bhangra track and the second an R'&'B track with a hint of Asian influence.From the success and recognition of the first video, Elusive were selected by mobile Giant Nokia to have two of there tracks Jogi and Jawani feature on Nokia's first music fone the N91. The two songs came as standard on every n91 world wide in mp3 format with full artist details displayed to further elusive recognition internationally.Elusive’s current ambition is to establish themselves well within the Bhangra industry. With the release of there debut album ‘Exhibit A’ and there forth coming album this has been set in motion.Their long-term ambition is to break into the mainstream market. Although this is very ambitious and not done by many in the Bhangra industry, Elusive’s unique sound and solid production shows potential for this. This can be seen in the Ishq Ka Part 2 track on the album, which has a very mainstream sound, but still has enough Asian influence to be unique and fresh.ELUSIVE - ‘Exhibit A’ has been released in the UK and now with the second album nearing release early 2009, Elusive is ready showcase its musical talent to new territories. With a fresh take on fusion of eastern and western music Elusive is set to make its mark.
