Getting Started: I grew up in Sweden playing for Halmstad Bollklubb (started training with them at age five), made my first team debut at 17 and went on to win the League and the Cup with Halmstad. I was also playing for them when I earned my first cap for Sweden...many good memories.On Joining Arsenal: Of course I considered other clubs, in other countries as well, but then I met Arsene Wenger and that was the factor that made me decide to go to Arsenal. I had a long chat with him and we talked a lot about football and the things he wanted.I agreed with his philosophy towards football and that's why I signed. There were other teams interested, but I'm happy to be here.It is a lot different to the game in Sweden.For a start, they allow tackles from behind which are not allowed in Sweden. That was a hard thing to adapt to it.
