The country was undergoing some serious changes during the '60s and '70s; those decades are marked by civil rights demonstrations and war protests. People really woke up to the need for social justice, and they were willing to do some unconventional things to encourage it. We can just picture you joining right in.When Ellie Nash first showed up at Degrassi, she was the consummate outsider. Laying low and hiding her painful problems, she seemed like she wanted to simultaneously disappear and set herself apart from the crowd. But Ellie got lucky when she was forced to face her demons, even if she might not have felt that lucky at the time. Finally leaving behind her painful family past and taking control of her own future have allowed her self-confidence to flourish and her invisibility to... well, disappear. But at least she gets to keep the pics of her awesome old hair and boots and stuff. Since they kinda ruled.Instead of sharing Katie Holmes' personality traits, you're more like Joey Potter, the fictional character she played on Dawson's Creek. For an innocent, small-town girl, you're surprisingly cynical. When you like someone, you tend to hide your affection behind sarcastic insults. You don't show your sensitive, romantic side to many people. You're intelligent and practical, but sometimes your impulsive side takes control and sends you off on wild adventures, like a sailing trip with a guy you love. Who needs Tom Cruise when you can spend the entire summer on a sailboat with Pacey?
