I'm originally from Oak Park, Il. and still claim it, but here in New Orleans they know me as The Jawja Boy. I once yearned for an outlet out of Roswell and Marietta and when I got my break at Xavier University of Louisiana, it felt good. I soon realized how much I loved my neck-of-the-woods. A-TOWN. Started off as a Bio-Pre med major....HAAA. Now I'm in Mass Communications and hope to finish up in Aug 06. I started a radio station at XU and got picked up as the newest on-air personality of WQUE FM Q93 ..1 for Hip Hop and R&B. Heard in N.O. and parts of Alabama and Miss. On the side I hustle at Harley Davisdon of New Orleans and at a clothinn' store at the mall. It's not too bad...I just do it. Wish I could of stayed on the path to med school....but bein' able to reach out to the community really means a lot to me. I'll continue to keep it movin and eventually find my way back to GA. check ya folk out at www.q93.com.
