About Me

I am a mother of three- 2 boys and a girl who are 8, 7, and 5. I've been happily married for 7 years. I love animals, and have quite a menajery. My dream in life would be to have a children's book published. I was raised in the country (shout-out to Elkton), and appreciate nature and our environment. I believe in God, and try to be a good example of one of His children. I believe a strong knowledge of politics is important and feel everyone should practice their right to vote. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am a typical woman... full of contradictions. I am generous yet selfish, strong yet weak, confident yet self-conscience, full of faith yet doubting, nice yet bitchy. These moods can and will change without warning and sometimes without reason. My Interests

I like to read, watch movies, listen to music, and play with my kids. Not many know this, but I write children's stories. Only my kids hear them, but they love them. It would be a dream come true to have one published!

Music:

I like most types of music, except most rap, and all heavy metal. My favorite is classic rock. My top 3 favorite bands are The Beatles, AC/DC and ZZ Top.

Movies:

I really enjoy watching movies. I prefer comedies or musicals. I love old/classics.

Television:

FRIENDS will always be first on my list. I'm a sucker for "Reality" shows. I really enjoy "The Shield" and was disappointed to hear this will be the final season. Last season I started watching "American Idol" and am eager for another round.

Books:

I prefer fiction. Harry Potter is the best and will be GREATLY missed!!!!!! If anyone has any good fiction books to suggest let me know. Now that Harry's done, I've been looking for something.

Heroes:

My parents are my heros. I'm proud of my dad and admire his faith, and strength. My mom was an amazing woman, and the older I get the more I appreciate her ability to juggle many things in life so gracefully. My husband is pretty amazing too. There's no way I could be away from my family for 4 years fighting for people who don't appreciate it, and don't even realize the great sacrifice given. He always does what's needed to keep us well provided for and as happy as possible. I definately found a keeper.
