From the beginning, the arts have been an influential force in his life. While most kids were outside playing, Larry was busy drawing and painting. Even at a young age, Larry has always dared to be different.During his early teenage years, his love affair with the arts continued, but his aspirations changed. Larry discovered fashion and decided "This is what I want to do with the rest of my life". Around this time he became heavily influenced by the designs of Tom Ford. Other designer influences included the duo of Dolce and Gabbana, and Alessandro Del'Aqua.After graduating from Milwaukee High School of the Arts in 2001, Larry enrolled at The International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago. In college, Larry challenged himself to become a better designer. He credits that experience with teaching him proper clothing construction techniques, and the inside workings of the fashion industry. Armed with this knowledge, Larry felt he was ready to step out on his own, and Asia Mynor was born.Asia Mynor by Larry was founded in December of 2004. It was established as a need to service todays woman with the ultimate couture experience. And with this experience, every client should feel as if she is the only woman who matters. We do this by creating peices that make women feel sexy and empowered, no matter the shape or size.We are currently in the developing stages for a lot of exciting projects. One of our most anticipated is our menswear line, HOMME by Asia Mynor.
