ALAZAEToo big for words – best describe the music, production style and physical presence of Artist/Producer - Alazae. This young man grew up on the West side of Chicago – the son of preacher. Alazae first began singing in the church choir. His love of music drew him to record stores, most notably: George’s Music Room where, since the age of 10 Alazae was hanging out discovering the new records. He learned music by ear by listening to the radio, playing in high school bands - playing the piano, keyboards, drums, and percussion. It was while Alazae was attending a special, advanced high school music class in programming where some professional musicians discovered the unique gift of this talented young man. In a few short years Alazae found himself writing and working with the national recording act Do or Die, Crucial Conflict and Kwiet Storm. For a short period of time he relocated to Houston where he produced records for Rap-A-Lot.Alazae’s music encompasses hip-hop beats, embracing the old school and modern grooves of urban music today to include rhythm and blues, jazz & blues resulting in a concoction all his own.Influences and idols include Dr. Dre, Timbeland, James Brown, Marvin Gaye, Sly & The Family Stone and Fleetwood Mac.
