About Me

I'm a naturally gregarious person, a perennial student (liable to return for my third degree). I MySpace infrequently but it keeps me in touch. I currently teach English as a freeway flyer on two campuses, CSUF and Santa Ana College.

And a short video for your amusement. It explains why, in spite of my love for my own branch of Kung Fu, I'm occasionally sad to see that styles like Drunken Monkey (cool as they look in practice, and all) are out there as ambassadors of the Chinese martial arts.

Thankfully, no one gets injured here.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Neal Stephenson. I've already met Tim Powers.

Kurt Vonnegut was my old choice. Remember him, for his was the passing of a true artist.

Lucky, lucky mud.
