Roberto A. Mendoza has been one of the main figures in the Mexican electronic scene since the late 80s, founding bands like electro pos-industrial outfit ARTEFAKTO , and in the late 90s the critically acclaimed NORTEC COLLECTIVE (Palm Pictures, Nacional Records), during this same period he also signed a solo deal with UK London based label Certificate 18 appearing for the first time under the Panoptica moniker and releasing a series of 10 inch vinyl and albums from wich dj legend John Peel (RIP) took notice, inviting him to do one of his Peel sessions for the BBC in 2001.

The Micromacrosacrotaco EP is now available online at the Juno online store from the UK, the EP contains a collection of unreleased tracks from 2006 to 2008.
* Roberto started the Nortec Panoptica Orchestra to output his nortec album with a brand new band for this 2008
