i mostly listen to the beat before the lyrics, so if it sounds good i'll listen to it whether its rap to rock to dance and once in a while even country. top bands are disturbed, eagles, ccr, bto, rob zombie, default, nickleback, papa roach, trapt, metallica, motley crue...the list goes on but i can't think of any more

lord of the rings, pirates of the carribean, both triple x movies, ocean's 11 & 12, any kevin smith movies

Television:

all the csi:'s, supernatural, mythbusters, whose line is it anyways, ncis, simpsons, family guy and some scifi
